Living Ayurveda

A Fall Mentorship for Women:

Learning to care for yourself through the wisdom of Ayurveda.

For many of us, caring for ourselves has become another item on the to-do list.

Another thing to get right.

Another way to measure whether we're doing enough.

Living Ayurveda is different.

We'll spend one season exploring Ayurveda not as a collection of rules, dosha quizzes, herbs, or elaborate morning routines, but as a compassionate way of learning to care for yourself.

Together, we'll explore your relationship with your body, emotions, needs, rhythms, and inner wisdom while discovering what truly nourishes you, what depletes you, and what helps you return to balance.

Along the way, we'll weave together foundational Ayurvedic and yogic teachings—including svastha, dinacharya, the gunas, the elements and doshas, digestion, self-compassion, enoughness, and receiving—and translate them into ordinary, modern life.

This isn't about practicing Ayurveda perfectly.

It's about learning to listen to yourself with greater compassion than criticism.

The inaugural mentorship will begin this fall and conclude before the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm intentionally keeping this first group small, relational, and experiential.

If this speaks to something in you, I'd love to invite you to join the interest list. You'll be the first to receive the dates, details, and enrollment information.

We respect your privacy. Unsubscribe at any time.

I'm a therapist, Ayurvedic counselor, and lifelong student of yoga. For more than 25 years, I've been exploring what helps us suffer less and care for ourselves more deeply.

Living Ayurveda is born from my own journey of learning that healing isn't about becoming someone better—it's about learning to listen to yourself with compassion.
